Cancellation Policy

To provide the best service for all clients, please read the following policy:

• Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.

• No-shows may be charged up to 100% of the treatment cost.

• If you are running late, your treatment time may need to be shortened to avoid delaying the next client.

• Gift vouchers and promotional bookings are subject to the same cancellation policy.
